We work with a network of professional agents to make sure your shipment stays on schedule. Our team offers 24/7 support throughout the entire process, so if any issues pop up, we can fix them immediately. We only hire drivers with a proven track record for reliability. You get full transparency on rates and dates, and our relationships with 5-star rated carriers mean your vehicle is in good hands.
Brokers find the carriers and handle the scheduling, while carriers own the trucks and move the cars. Barakah Holdings LLC acts as an auto transport management company. We serve as your single point of contact from the first quote until the car is delivered. This setup helps us solve problems faster and provide more direct customer care.
Being a licensed broker gives us access to a huge network of hundreds of professional carriers. This flexibility helps us secure safe, timely pickups and maintain clear communication. In the rare case of damage, we take responsibility for making sure the carrier’s insurance handles the claim quickly.
We provide several options depending on your needs:
Open-Air Trailers: The most common and budget-friendly method.
Enclosed Trailers: Best for maximum protection against the weather.
Specialty Shipping: Includes multi-vehicle, single-vehicle, and inoperable vehicle transport.
Long-Distance: Coordination for domestic moves across all 48 contiguous states.
We put our customers first. We have a solid history of safe, on-time deliveries and we prioritize clear communication. Don’t worry about asking too many questions. Our representatives are here to give you all the details you need to feel comfortable with the process.
Rates depend on the size of the car, the total distance, whether it runs, the time of year, and the current market price for your specific route. For an exact price, please fill out the quote form on our homepage.
We look at the make and model, the pickup and drop-off locations, the shipping method you choose, any special handling needs, and external factors like fuel prices or seasonal demand.
No. Our quotes are all-inclusive. They cover door-to-door service, full bumper-to-bumper insurance, and all taxes or tolls. You can also store up to 100 lbs of personal belongings in the trunk or back for free.
Yes. We provide free estimates with no upfront commitment. You do not have to pay a deposit just to get a quote.
To book, we need the exact addresses, contact names and numbers for both ends of the trip, and your first available date. Reserving is free. We don’t charge anything until we have a spot secured on a trailer. Once that is confirmed, a deposit is required. The remaining balance is paid at the time of pickup or delivery.
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover for the initial deposit. For the remaining balance due at delivery, carriers accept Cash, Cashier’s Checks, or Money Orders. Drivers cannot accept credit cards or personal checks at the delivery site.
We recommend booking as soon as you can. We can usually find a truck within 1 to 5 days of your vehicle being ready, so giving us at least 5 days of lead time is very helpful.
Pickup usually happens on your requested date in metro areas, while rural areas might take an extra 2 or more days. For transit times:
Coast-to-Coast: 7 to 10 days.
North-to-South: 5 to 7 days.
Under 500 Miles: 2 to 3 days.
Check your keys and tire pressure, and keep the gas tank between 1/4 and 1/2 full. Remove all personal items and aftermarket accessories like racks. You should also disable or remove toll tags like E-Z Pass to avoid extra charges. It is also a good idea to take clear photos or videos of the car’s condition before the driver arrives.
Yes. We provide full bumper-to-bumper insurance. Vehicles are covered for at least $100,000 on open trailers and $250,000 on enclosed trailers. Just keep in mind that personal items left inside the car are not covered by the cargo insurance.
Note any damage immediately on the Bill of Lading and call us at +1 (214) 308-5009. Make sure the driver signs the Bill of Lading with the damage noted before they leave. We will then help handle the insurance claim process for you.
We pick up and deliver at the addresses you provide as long as an 18-wheeler can safely get there. If the street is too narrow or has restrictions, we will arrange to meet you at a nearby parking lot that the truck can access.
Yes, as long as the vehicle can still roll, brake, and steer. There is usually an inoperable fee of about $200 because we have to use specialized equipment like a winch to load the car.
