Barakah Holdings LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Transportation Authorization

The assigned carrier and driver are jointly and separately authorized to operate and transport the shipper’s motor vehicle between the designated pickup location and the final destination set forth in the auto transport order contract.

2. Cargo Insurance & Damage Claims

Trucking damage claims are covered by the assigned carrier’s cargo insurance ranging from $100,000 up to $250,000 per load, alongside a minimum of $750,000 in public liability and property damage insurance.

  • All damage claims must be explicitly noted, detailed, and signed for on the Bill of Lading (condition report) at the exact time of delivery.
  • All claims must be submitted to Barakah Holdings LLC in writing within 15 days of delivery.

3. Luggage and Personal Property

Any luggage or personal property left inside the vehicle must be confined entirely to the trunk. It must not contain heavy articles and must not exceed 100 lbs in total weight. Barakah Holding LLC and the assigned carrier are not liable for any structural or mechanical damage caused to the vehicle due to excessive or improper loading of personal items.

4. Vehicle Condition Requirements

Vehicles must be tendered to the carrier in good running condition with no more than a half tank of fuel. Barakah Holdings LLC and the carrier will not be held liable for damage caused by leaking fluids, freezing weather conditions, faulty exhaust systems, or loose/extended antennas that were not tied down. Any claim for loss or damage must be officially documented and signed on the condition report at the time of delivery.

5. Rescheduling & Unavailability Fees

  • Dry Run / Rescheduling Fee: If a carrier is dispatched to the pickup location and the vehicle is not ready or accessible as indicated by the shipper, an additional $75.00 rescheduling fee will be assessed.
  • Alternate Representatives: If the primary shipper is unavailable for the scheduled pickup or delivery, they must designate an alternate representative to act on their behalf.
  • Cancellation Due to Unavailability: If for any reason the vehicle becomes unavailable during a scheduled pickup window after an order has been officially placed, Barakah Holdings LLC reserves the right to cancel the order with no refund of any deposit paid.

6. Carrier Dispatch & Cancellation Fees

Barakah Holdings LLC agrees to source and facilitate a qualified carrier to transport your vehicle as promptly as possible in accordance with your preferences. However, specific pickup or delivery dates cannot be legally guaranteed.

  • Cancellation Administration Fee: An administrative fee of $200.00 will be charged for any orders canceled by the client prior to one week after their requested available pickup date.
  • Exclusions: Barakah Holdings LLC does not agree to pay for rental vehicle costs, nor shall it be liable for the mechanical, electrical, or operational failure of internal vehicle parts during transit.

7. Non-Operational Vehicle Fees

A $150.00 non-operational fee will be charged for all non-running vehicles. This fee is standard and will be included in the final quote provided by Barakah Holdings LLC. If a vehicle becomes non-operational while in transit or during the loading/unloading process, this fee will be retroactively applied to the original contract amount.

8. Payment Terms & Chargeback Policy

The shipper warrants and agrees that they will pay the full quoted price due to Barakah Holdings LLC for delivered vehicles and explicitly agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback or dispute valid services rendered.

This agreement and any subsequent shipment are subject to all terms and conditions of the assigned carrier’s tariff and the uniform straight bill of lading. This contract supersedes all prior written or oral representations and constitutes the entire agreement between the shipper and Barakah Holdings LLC. It may not be amended except in writing signed by an authorized officer of Barakah Holdings LLC. Barakah Holdings LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for operational safety or compliance reasons.

9. Exclusivity Clause

The client agrees not to contract, list, or engage with any other broker or carrier during the respective timeframe that corresponds with their selected shipping tier or option. Any client found actively working with or listing their vehicle through another broker or carrier during this period is subject to a forfeiture of their deposit, and a non-refundable deposit fee will apply.
